During 2008 my company began using the services of Cornwall DMC on a range of staff incentives linked to the mobile phone Networks Hutchinson 3 and T Mobile.

Our first involvement with Charlotte and her services came by way of a personal reference and after a brief discussion with her she outlined the type of solutions her company could offer to ourselves . After securing a small marketing budget from the networks to fund an ongoing staff incentive program I put the objectives to Charlotte and asked for a range of solutions.

As a one stop service I found Cornwall DMC first rate , Charlotte returned with a range of events that were a complete package including all aspects of the incentive, communications and delivering the concept and then delivering the events.

The proof of the pudding is in the tasting and so after trailing their services on one of the events we used a further 5 during the remainder of 2008 which I would suggest says it all.

My staff enjoyed the events immensely, the objectives of staff motivation were not only meet but exceeded and above all Cornwall DMC stayed within budget and delivered what they promised.

I am very happy and intend using their services again in the future.

'As a control freak it's a big deal to entrust event organisation to someone else and although communications throughout with Charlotte Lean were friendly, efficient and many other superlatives, I remained sceptical and reserved judgment!However! We asked Charlotte to organise a murder mystery event for 20 people at an outdoor activity centre - not an everyday requirement! Pretty much the next I knew about it was to find myself dressed as an Indian solving clues in a quarry. The storyline and plot were amazing and organisation of the whole event was extremely impressive. Our finance manager, 'Ol Jake' as he was known on the day was also pleasantly surprised with the invoice which was very reasonable. I cannot fault any aspect of the event and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Thanks to Charlotte and her team; we would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone'. I can say with confidence that the surf day was one of the best experiences that I have had in some time. We used Charlotte from Cornwall DMC to do the opening launch for our bridal shop 'Brides & Bikinis'. I have to admit that being organised isn't my strong point so choosing a company to help get things underway was an easy decision, and choosing Cornwall DMC was just as easy. They were fantastic, the service was first class and their attention to detail never ceases to amaze me. The ideas they have are endless, Charlotte even wore a wedding dress and went around local towns handing out promotional leaflets. On the day itself they were on hand to help with customers, giving out glasses of champagne and offering advice to us all. No task seems too big or too small.
