Charlotte Lean

The Managing Director and Founder of Cornwall Destination Management Company. Charlotte was born in Cornwall. Having spent a considerably number of years in both the tourism and the service industries in Cornwall, Charlotte has a wealth of experience to pass on to her Clients. She truly loves the out-doors life. She loves spending time with her family, mountain biking, sailing, kayaking, camping and has a passion for learning. Charlotte has recently completed the BTEC in Sustainable Tourism & is currently being assessed for her NVQ Level 3 in Event Management.

Tim Lean

Director of the Company. Tim is a Crew Manager within Cornwall County Fire Brigade. He's recently completed his IOSH certificate and can advise on Fire Safety. Tim is great at logistics. Tim also loves the outdoors and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, running, kayaking. He's currently, in his spare time, working to complete the renovations at home.

Claire Randall

Claire is owner of a busy Bridal and Swimwear business. She ably assists Charlotte in outdoor events when necessary. Most recently she was shot in our Wild West Murder Mystery!
